There is a lot going on here! In addition to the sporting highlights, there is an extensive supporting program on the event grounds of the Summer Biathlon World Championships.
Those who wish can try their hand at laser biathlon or archery and prove their marksmanship. Or try out how it feels to glide over the special asphalt of the roller track at the ski roller test. The Bavarian Ski Association will have an information stand and a Summer Olympics for children, where five winter sports can be tried out in a playful way. After all, early practice is the key to becoming a professional athlete. How this can look like is shown by the young talents of the SC Ruhpolding during the show trainings on the ski jump. When they are not training, visitors can take a bobsled ride down the ski jump run. At the German Ski Association and the Ruhpolding Tourism booth, great prizes like tickets to the World Championships in Oberhof or a vacation stay can be won. There will be food and drink stands for your physical well-being and 100 sun loungers in the area of the ski jump for relaxation.
